2001
Established Industrial Water Resources Management Co., Ltd. (IWRM) with a registered capital of 10 million baht.
2002
• The Company has signed a water purchase agreement with Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Suan Nong Bon Industrial Group, for 15 years.
• Invest in the construction of the Phan Thong water distribution station at Phan Thong Subdistrict, Phan Thong District, Chonburi Province.
2003
• The company received a license to use water from the waterways of the Royal Irrigation Department.
• Started supplying water to Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate.
2004
• The Company has signed a tap water purchase agreement with the Provincial Waterworks Authority in the form of BOO (Build Own Operate) to supply water to PWA Branch Phanat Nikhom and PWA Ban Bueng Branch for 30 years
• Investment in the construction of a water supply system at Morakot Siam Water Production Station
• Obtained BOI and Factory Operation License. Morakot Siam Water Production Station
• The company applied for a concession to operate waterworks in the areas of Phanat Nikhom, Ban Bueng, and Phan Thong districts for a period of 15 years.
2005
• Began supplying tap water to the PWA in Phanat Nikhom District, Ban Bueng Phan Thong District, and some parts of Mueang Chon Buri District.
